Carol has practiced public accounting since 1991. She has significant experience in accounting, auditing, and general business and management consulting, serving multigenerational family-owned and private equity-managed manufacturers, distributors, and other consumer product companies.
Carol provides assurance services to middle-market clients that sell products to retail and distribution channels including mass, club, grocery, e-commerce, restaurants, spas, and hotels. Her clients include companies with worldwide international subsidiaries.
Carol served on the board of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants from 2011 through 2013. In 2010, she was honored with the organization’s prestigious Women to Watch Experienced Leader award. She was also awarded the San Fernando Business Journal’s Trusted Advisor award in 2011. For 2020, she was honored as one of the top 500 influential leaders in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal, and of that group, was recognized as a Top Leader.
Carol holds a BS in accounting from California State University Northridge.
